UNBECOMING BEHAVIOR OF A PET OWNER

IN THIS ONE APARTMENT THEY ARE GRACED WITH A VERY TINY FAMILY MEMBER, A YORKIE.  SAD TO SAY, THIS YORKIE IS HARDLY AND / OR NEVER TAKEN OUT FOR ITS NECESSITIES.  INSTEAD THE OWNERS PREFER TO UTILIZE SOME SORT OF PET-A-POTTY SYSTEM, WHICH IS PLACED IN THEIR BALCONY.  THIS PERHAPS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM FOR THE MULTI-DISABLED RESIDENT, WHICH SUFFERS FROM ENVIRONMENTAL ASTHMA, WHO LIVES IN THE APARTMENT BELOW THEM, HAD THE OWNERS OF THE YORKIE BEEN RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO CLEAN UP THE PET-A-POTTY AND DISPOSE OF THE REMOVABLE LINING IN THE APPROPRIATE PLACE, SUCH AS THE DUMPSTER ACROSS THE STREET.

UNFORTUNATELY, SUCH IS NOT THE CASE AND THE DISABLED TENANT UNDERNEATH IS FORCED TO HAVE TO SMELL THE URINE AND FECES WHEN THE PATIO IS USED AND NOW HAVE THE ADDITIONAL PROBLEM OF MICE DESTROYING THE WALLS OF THE APARTMENT AND DEFECATING ON THE FLOORS DUE TO THE CANINE URINE AND FECES BEING STORED IN THE BALCONY ABOVE THE DISABLED INDIVIDUAL.  HOW CAN SOMEONE BE SO DISRESPECTFUL OF THEIR NEIGHBORS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE AWARE OF THE SEVERE MEDICAL PROBLEMS THE  NEIGHBOR FACES ON A DAILY BASIS.

THE DISABLED RESIDENT HAS AN ASSISTANCE DOG.  YET, DESPITE THE NUMEROUS PHYSICAL CHALLENGES THE TENANT MANAGES TO TAKE THEIR SERVICE DOG OUT SEVERAL TIMES A DAY FOR THE CANINE TO RELIEVE ITSELF.  THE DOG HAS BEEN FURTHER TRAINED TO ACCOMPLISH THIS IN A VERY SPECIFIC AREA AWAY FROM THE BUILDING AND ALL OTHER BUILDINGS IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX.  SO WHY CAN'T A TENANT WHO IS NOT DISABLED, AND WITH TWO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, TAKE THEIR TINY YORKIE OUT AT LEAST TWICE A DAY?  ALL IT TAKES IS AT LEAST FIVE MINUTES IN THE MORNING AND FIVE MINUTES IN THE EVENING.  IN ADDITION, IT GIVES THE YORKIE A CHANCE TO ENJOY THE OUTDOORS AND DISCOVER ITS MANY BEAUTIFUL ASPECTS.

WORST PART, EVEN AFTER THE POLICE AND ANIMAL CONTROL WERE CONTACTED ONCE PRIOR, THE TENANTS ABOVE CONTINUE TO BEHAVE IN A MANNER THAT IS NOT BECOMING OF A RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER. THE WEATHER IS GETTING WARMER AND WARMER, SO IS THE SMELL OF CANINE URINE AND CANINE FECES.  THIS, OF COURSE, CREATES A MULTITUDE OF PROBLEMS:

(1) ATTRACTING RODENTS, WHICH DID NOT TAKE PLACE UNTIL THE TENANT WITH THE YORKIE MOVED IN

(2) FOR THE TENANT IN THE APARTMENT BELOW, WITH COMPLICATED ASTHMA AND COMPLICATED ALLERGIES, THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS HEALTH RISK

(3) THE ATTRACTION OF RODENTS HAVE CAUSE DAMAGES TO THE APARTMENT BELOW AS THE MICE ARE EATING THROUGH THE WALL AND LEAVING THEIR FECES ALL OVER

(4) FOR THE MULTI-DISABLED TENANT, HAVING TO CLEAN THE FLOOR SEVERAL TIMES A DAY IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL AND DIFFICULT CONSIDERING THAT THE TENANT AMBULATES VIA A MOBILITY SCOOTER. THUS, SUCH IS GENERATING ADDITIONAL MEDICAL CONCERNS

(5) PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAS PET RULES, BUT THEY ARE ENFORCED WHEN MANAGEMENT IS IN THE MOOD, DESPITE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS

ONCE AGAIN, SO WHY CAN'T A TENANT WHO IS NOT DISABLED, AND WITH TWO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, TAKE THEIR TINY YORKIE OUT AT LEAST TWICE A DAY?  ALL IT TAKES IS AT LEAST FIVE MINUTES IN THE MORNING AND FIVE MINUTES IN THE EVENING.  IN ADDITION, IT GIVES THE YORKIE A CHANCE TO ENJOY THE OUTDOORS AND DISCOVER ITS MANY BEAUTIFUL ASPECTS.
